Started under the Kiwanis Club after there annual Spring Auction in 1972 by Barney Kowalski, Guy Tripp and Newton Neal, the Batavia Flea Market has never missed a Season. Gary Tripp son of Guy Tripp has been in charge of the Flea Market for several years. Gary Tripp and his volunteer assistant Jeff Van Buren became Flea Market vendors of the Batavia Flea Market over 40 years ago starting when they were 16 years old. The Batavia Flea Market is looking forward to serving the community in the upcoming 2016 season.
